Smudging

The Native American practice of smudging, or purifying a room with the smoke of sacred herbs, can help clear negative energy from a space and improve mood. Most people use Sage Sticks or Palo Santo Wood. When burned, sage and other herbs actually release negative ions, which research has linked to a more positive mood.

Incense 

Using Incense has so many benefits, some of which we may be completely unaware of. Not only does it make your home smell beautiful it can also offer health benefits in terms of aromatherapy. For example Frankincense can aid depression, Cedar and Pine can help calm you, or if you need your mind alert you could try something citrus based. 

The right incense can help your meditative practices by focusing your mind or giving you a preparatory ritual. Or it could aid sleep for those struggling to unwind.

We stock sticks and cones which are the simplest form of incense to use. Additionally we can also offer you pure resin and the charcoal disks on which to burn it.
